  1,  The continuous color coating line has the function of degreasing, chemical coating, two-coating-two baking etc; the design production capacity is 60,000-120,000 tpy; the Raw material will be hot galvanized strip, electrogalvanized coil, alloying coil and so on, with specifications of 800-1250mm×0.2~1.0mm; line speed will be 50-100 mpm.

Line main feature:

 2, Adopts the popularly used two-coating-two-baking process technology, mainly aiming at the building industry.

 3,Adopts vertical looper, which can improve the strip shape efficiently.

 4,Sets degreasing section and cleaning section, adopts continuous alkali spraying, alkali scrub, water brushing and three stages water spraying (the third stage water spray using cleaning water), all which can strengthen the degreasing effect and completely clean the oil stain of the strip surface thus ensures the product quality.

 5, Sets chemical coating machine and baking furnace, which strengthens the adhesion ability of the coating layer

  6,The chemical coating will use roll coating which is advanced and with high film quality, ensuring the property and quality of the color coating layer. The roll is driven by AC frequency conversion motors, so the speed can be adjusted independently to meet the technics requirement. The system also has the function of sewing joint detecting and auto evading. The process technics can be no pollution, no waste, and the chemical dose being one hundred percent used; with uniform and compact chemical film etc.

 7, The coating machine has the component of deflecting roll, support roll, material adhibiting roll, metering roll, coating roll, and has coating pan which can be adjusted up and down. It also has the sewing joint detecting and auto evading function; has precisely coating layer thickness control and adjust mechanism; the coating roll, material adhibiting roll, metering roll will be driven independently by AC frequency conversion motor; it can forwards coating, backwards coating and mixed coating and so on to produce different kinds of production. The coating layer thickness and the leveling property can be adjusted the speed ratio between each roll and processing speed, and also can be adjusted through different coating styles. The space and force between each roll can be adjusted and be displayed by press sensor, so the coating layer thickness can be accurately.

 8, Uses liquefied petroleum gas/ electricity indirectly heating in the solidification furnace, the design highest furnace temperature will be 450°C and highest strip temperature 250°C; the temperature can be auto controlled according to different coating material and strip width. The furnace also has hot air recycle system, clean air recharge system, dissolvent waste gas discharge system, waste gas combustion and heat recovery system, temperature auto control system as well.

 9, Uses light fiber liner in the solidification, which has the advantage of quick furnace building and low thermal inertia.

 10,The CPC, EPC will use the imported equipment, which ensures the steady produce of the line.

 11, Adopts AC frequency driving control system, which has good human-machine interface and the maintenance of the equipment is easy.

payoff reel→ crop shear→ sewing→ deburring→ (entry accumulator→ ) degreasing (alkali wash + alkali scrub+ water brush + water spray → dryer)→chemical coating→ dryer →solidification→ cooling→ final coating→ solidification→ cooling→ (exit accumulator→) inspecting → cutting→ tension reel
